1:1 Coaching Options

VIP coaching

  • Individualized health & wellness framework that support your lifestyle and goals through nutrition and movement
    • Individualized macros with strategies for eating habits & food choices. Meal plans will not be offered.
    • Support for cultivating a nutrition plan that has a balance of whole foods and soul foods
    • Exercise and movement recommendations
  • Individual coaching with strategies & tools for mindset, habits, behaviors.
    • This is the FIGURE YOUR SHIT OUT part of the coaching!
  • Weekly check ins
    • This is done through a streamlined client portal system, where video messaging/voice messaging along with emails will be used as communication and feedback.
  • Resource library
    • Available on the client portal. These resources are often EXCLUSIVE to the clients.
  • 24/7 access to your coach. 
    • This means you can contact your coach at any time through your preferred method of communication. Coaches will have set boundaries on response times.
  • Assistance with creating the necessary steps between where you’re at now, and where you want to go
  • Coached by Coach B, head coach - 15+ years of coaching experience + education + real-life experience with self and clients

  • Coached by an MBF Assistant Coach - all coaches will have a combination of; not limited to:  years of coaching experience + education + real-life experience with self and clients

Alumni Monthly 1:1 Coaching

  • Lowest tier for coaching. 
  • For current clients who are ‘almost ready’ to be on their own.
  • To have the benefits of monthly check-ins > access to your coach, option to ask questions while having access to the resources on the client portal.
  • This would be the final step in coaching to prepare yourself to navigate on your own.

Nutrition Audits

  • Personalized coaching call.
  • This is not 1;1 coaching, rather a 1hr strategy call where the coach can audit your nutritional intake, dive into your mind, body and fitness goals, answer questions and together you create a strategy plan.
  • This does require some information gathering ahead of time > An intake form, tracking for at least 3-5 days, followed up by scheduling a call with a coach.
