My name is Brandy, but I have graciously adapted the name Coach B from my clients. I am a client-centered lifestyle and nutrition coach that believes every person has value, even when they have not identified it yet themselves. I have met the most inspiring people through my career, which has provided me the opportunity to continually learn and grow as a coach. I have been able to help clients lose fat, gain muscle and ultimately perform better in and out of the gym.
I am a certified Nutrition and Lifestyle coach, but first and foremost I am a mom of two amazing girls. I am driven and passionate about all things fitness and can’t imagine living in a world without my protein pancake and protein cookie dough.
I was the fat kid in the playground with stretch marks at the age of 12 covering my ‘abs.’ I’ve lost the same weight over and over again. I have experienced body image issues for as long as I can remember. I have been a bodybuilder competing and being on stage 8 times. During my pregnancies, I gained about 30-40 lbs each time. I have feared carbs and suffered from orthorexia most of my adult life.
I have been where most of you reading this are right now. I know what it’s like to feel lost and confused when it comes to nutrition. I know how it feels to lack the confidence to move forward. I also understand EXTREME dieting and what it can do to your mindset and body. That’s why I am so passionate about helping others.
Now, you can find me trying to find balance between my life and passion. I make time for the gym and my family. I spend my free time being the CEO of my house, making healthy meals for my family, driving to all my girls basketball games. I hustle as the CEO and founder of Motivateandbfit, spending time creating content for my clients and coaching on a regular basis.
I can feel overwhelmed and it can be exhausting to keep everything organized and on track. I know how important it is to recharge and take care of myself. You will find me at my local Crossfit box, throwing some heavy weights around, hating all things cardio to relieve stress. I fuel my body with the right nutrition, so that I’m a better wife, mom, friend and coach.
I work with women who are tired of dieting, who are confused about nutrition. I work with women who are willing to commit and kick start their nutrition so that they can improve their mindset and finally reach the goals they’ve always wanted. I help them rebuild their relationship with food and their body.
I will teach you how to become smarter with nutrition, stronger in body and mindset. You will reach your goals and maintain them. No matter what stage you are in your life right now, I will teach you how to live a more sustainable approach!
